A 30–45 minute conversation to talk through the trip in more detail — how you like to travel, what has worked well on past trips, what hasn’t, and what matters most this time.
Planning fees are discussed and confirmed before any work begins.

The proposal
Maggie researches the options and builds a custom itinerary around your trip, including specific hotels, routing, and experiences.
She’ll explain the thinking behind her recommendations, and revisions are part of the process.
Proposals are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of the consultation.

Once you approve the itinerary, Maggie handles the bookings and details — hotels, flights, transfers, guides, experiences, and restaurant reservations.
She keeps track of confirmations, requests, and preferences, and provides a comprehensive travel document with everything organized in one place.
The booking

Maggie remains available throughout your trip.
If a flight changes, a hotel issue comes up, or plans need to be adjusted, you have one person who already knows your itinerary and can help coordinate with the right people.
While you travel

After you return, Maggie follows up to hear what worked well and what could have been better.

Maggie charges a planning fee based on the scope and complexity of each trip. Fees are discussed during the consultation and confirmed before planning begins, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Hotel-only bookings
COMPLIMENTARY
