The inquiry — tell Maggie what you're dreaming of.
It starts with a short form — not a booking request, but a conversation starter. Where you want to go, when, who's traveling, what you're hoping to feel. Maggie reviews every inquiry personally and responds within 24 hours.

The consultation — a real conversation, not a sales call.
A 30–45 minute call to understand not just the logistics but what you actually want this trip to feel like. Past trips you've loved. Things that fell short. How you travel — fast or slow, structured or spontaneous. This is where Maggie starts to understand you as a traveler.
Planning fees are discussed and confirmed before any work begins.

The proposal — a custom itinerary built around you.
Not a template. A custom itinerary with specific properties, routing, and experiences.. You'll understand every recommendation and feel confident in each one. Revisions are part of the process.
Proposals typically delivered within 5–7 business days of the consultation.

The booking — every detail confirmed and documented.
Once you approve the itinerary, Maggie handles every booking — hotels, flights, transfers, experiences, restaurant reservations. Every confirmation tracked. Every preference submitted. Nothing is left to chance or to you to follow up on.
You'll receive a comprehensive travel document with everything organized.

The trip — you go. Maggie stays reachable.
While you're traveling, Maggie is available. If a flight changes, a property has an issue, or something needs to be rearranged — there is one person to contact, who already knows your itinerary completely and has the relationships to fix things quickly.

Maggie follows up when you're home. What exceeded expectations. What could have been different. Every note goes into your client file — so the next trip is built on everything she now knows about how you travel.
A NOTE ON FEES
Transparent from the start. No surprises.
Maggie charges a planning fee that reflects the complexity and attention each trip requires. All fees are confirmed during the initial consultation before any work begins — you'll always know what to expect before committing to anything.
Hotel-only bookings — complimentary.
For clients who already know where they're staying, Maggie offers complimentary hotel bookings at preferred partner properties through the SmartFlyer and Virtuoso networks — often including room upgrades, property credits, and VIP recognition at no additional cost.
Trip planning
FROM $500
Fee reflects the complexity and scope of the trip — destination, duration, number of travelers, and level of planning required. Includes full itinerary, all bookings, travel documentation, and on-trip support.
Hotel-only bookings
COMPLIMENTARY
Booking at preferred partner properties through the SmartFlyer network. Depending on the property, clients receive room upgrades, property credits, and VIP recognition at no additional cost.
