Maggie’s love of travel started early. Her parents took her on international trips from a young age, and she quickly came to love the feeling of being somewhere completely new — experiencing a different culture, trying something unfamiliar, and seeing how other people live.

That is still what she loves most about traveling. And now, as a mother of four, she especially values the time a trip creates for a family to step away from work, school, schedules, and the routines of everyday life. Some of her favorite memories with her own family have come from simply being somewhere new together.

She has always paid attention to the details that make a trip work: where to stay, how to get around, what is worth doing, and how to put everything together in a way that feels natural.

Before launching Maggie Parsell Travel, she spent 15 years in technology managing complex partnerships. Her work involved building trusted relationships, understanding what mattered to each client, and managing the details behind complicated projects.

She brings that same approach to travel today, along with years of personal travel experience and a network of trusted hotels and local partners around the world.
